Are you passionate about putting people first in processes? Do you deeply care about the end user experience in any designed solution? We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to improve our Salesforce instance and help sales make decisions using data. This position is fully remote and based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-functional processes
  • Design roles and profiles to make our CRM scalable as we grow
  • Update page layouts by job function
  • Ensure functional handoffs are documented in our CRM and easy to use
  • Keep up on CRM best practices
  • Support dashboard and reporting needs on an ongoing basis

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2B
  • 2-4 years experience with Salesforce Administration (this is a must)
  • Salesforce certification or Trailhead Superbadges are a plus but not required
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheet pivot tables and formulas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Basic understanding of how a go-to-market team’s data flows in a technology stack
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills
