Are you passionate about how data can change marketing for the better? Do you enjoy strategizing about go to market motions and messaging that will resonate on an emotional level? We’re looking for a Product Marketer to help CaliberMind successfully introduce new products and features to the B2B market. This position is fully remote and based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on our buyers, including how they buy and what motivates them.
  • Know our competitive landscape and keep on top of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product management and digital marketing to develop messaging that resonates with our target personas.
  • Identify gaps in communication or expectations vs. reality and work with our product and sales teams to bridge those issues.
  • Develop a marketing plan for key feature releases, including an approach for marketing to our existing customer base.
  • Embrace using CaliberMind to assess campaign effectiveness, identify wins, and iterate.
  • Coordinate with the product team, marketing, and sales to execute a go-to-market launch.
  • Work closely with our enablement team and others to develop playbooks that highlight market fit, product positioning, the competitive landscape, branded messaging, and persona-based marketing.

Skill Requirements:

  • 5 years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS
    Data literate with a fundamental understanding of multi-touch attribution and engagement (lead) scoring–able to prove what is (or isn’t) working
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalents.
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Must be a solid writer and comfortable with speaking in front of groups.
  • High EQ, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
